Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) encompasses a variety of techniques that focus on the construction and re-construction of people's cognitions, emotions, and behaviors. In a counseling center, mental health services often utilize CBT, where therapists employ a wide array of modalities to assist clients in assessing, recognizing, and addressing problematic and dysfunctional ways of thinking, emoting, and behaving. For those seeking support, psychiatry associates Tupelo can provide the necessary resources to implement these effective strategies.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Ego oriented therapy involves bringing the unconscious into conscious awareness, which fosters insight and resolves conflict. At our counseling center, we offer mental health services, including psychodynamic therapy, which is briefer and less intensive than psychoanalysis. This approach also emphasizes the relationship between the therapist and the client, providing valuable insight into how the client interacts with others in their life. For those seeking additional support, our psychiatry associates in Tupelo are available to assist.

Experiential Therapy
